We are SOC 2 Type II certified and maintain a comprehensive information security program. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. HIPAA

For healthcare customers, RingVersa offers a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) as required under HIPAA. If you are a covered entity or business associate under HIPAA, please contact our compliance team to execute a BAA before using RingVersa to transmit protected health information (PHI).

9. International Data Transfers

RingVersa operates in the United States and processes data in the US and EU. If you are located outside the US, your data may be transferred to and processed in the US. We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and other lawful transfer mechanisms for international data transfers.

10. Children's Privacy

RingVersa is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn we have collected information from a child under 13, we will promptly delete it.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the platform. Continued use of RingVersa after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
